DESCRIPTION:"BE the help!"  During emergencies\, the very first people with the opportunity to make life saving decisions are rarely First Responders.  Bystanders present when an emergency occurs can save lives and mitigate injury much more quickly (when it is safe to do so) with the right training.  This two-hour session instructs participants in the basics of how to stop life threatening bleeding\, and how to perform "hands-only" Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation so you can not only call for help\, but also BE the help.
