Join us for a 90 min Calming Ice Bath - Mind + Body Reset Intro Experience - embark on a unique journey of self-discovery and resilience with mindful breathwork meditation, intro to cold plunge therapy, followed with gentle relaxing movement. No prior experience with breathwork or cold therapy is necessary, as our experienced instructor will guide you every step of the way. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
