90-minute De-Stress + Stretch - this bi-monthly class is a relaxed slow-paced yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored. Find your ground and return to your true self. Everyone is welcome - all levels welcome, including beginners.
Your body will benefit from gentle yoga movements, and your mind will feel at ease from the peaceful stillness. Class will move through a series of gentle movements, Slow Flow Yoga, and supported postures connecting breath and body. Mindful stretching, guided breathwork and relaxing meditation will help you become more present with your practice. Pairing with longer held Yin Yoga postures to allow deep stretching and closing class with supported Restorative Yoga postures. This class can help reset the nervous system, encourage calmness, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and bring your body and mind into harmony as you enter a state of deep rejuvenation and peace. This practice is ideal for those with pain, trouble sleeping, anxiety or high levels of stress. Posture modification will be provided for all levels and individual needs, and yoga props are available for comfort.
Afterward, enjoy light snacks and refreshments with our yoga kula!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, water and any yoga props needed (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
