75-min Gratitude Yoga (Fall Season - Monthly Class) - will center its flow on poses and meditations that cultivate a sense of thankfulness, enhancing well-being and contentment. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
Each month, we will collectively choose a gratitude theme for the following offering to more personalize our experience together. Class will always include both guided meditation and asana with the flows' intensity being adjusted to complement the gratitude theme for that specific offering. Blended style gentle yoga flow with soothing yoga postures that incorporate deep stretches the intensity will vary. Focus on mindful breathing and movement to ease tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall relaxation.
Afterward, enjoy healthy light snacks, herbal tea & infused water to nourish your soul! Hydration Advised!
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, water, towel & any yoga props needed for comfort during restore/spa time (available @TW).
