This 90-minute Mat Pilates + Mocktails class begins with a mat-based Pilates workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness and ends with refreshing autumn mocktails made with Mindfully Made elderberry syrup, which has long been used for its immune-boosting health benefits. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners!
The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout through controlled, mindful movements and an emphasis on breath control. We will utilize resistance bands, small balls, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.
